First I would like to Thankall my readers for their words of encouragement on my feelings about leaving this job. I believe my Sanity is worth the move.

Before the Linestarted I was once again adding Silicone Sealer where I believed the water was seeping through. Having talked with Avry about keeping the Station 9 Pump off until the Parts were in the next section would help to allow the dry time so it would not just get washed away.

Once the Conveyorstarted that was my cue to head to dryer ground and keep my fingers crossed. After putting those Tools away I was just starting my Morning Walk Around when Paul stopped me. He said I didn’t need to do that every morning and I should be working on the Carriers. Not only did that stop me in my tracks but I knew who had fed that line of crap to Paul. Normally I do the Inspectionthen have more then enough time to do the Carriers.

I’d barely completed the first Two when Paul needed me to bring the Large Pry Barsdown to the Automatic Take-Up at the end of the Paint Line. For some reason it was not functioning the way it should so a little help from the Pry Bars had it working perfectly again.

I just kept working at the Carriers but then Kharen said I was working on the wrong ones again. He showed me the group that I had just finished and didn’t like it when I told him so. He then chose another group which I pointed out had not been used in a month. He just screamed at me to get busy. That !@#$%^& is loosing touch with reality. Don’t forget he said Heatdoes not distort Metal. He doesn’t have a clue.

This has gotten me so upset that when I saw Paul from the distance I ignored him like he did to me the other day. When I spoke to Kathy at lunch I told her it felt like I had lost my Soul. I put my heart into the job only to be treated like this. She told me to start taking my belongings home. I haven’t resigned yet but that will cause less confusion when I do.

It felt good to be home on time and even better was that Kathy had cooked a Beef Roast in the Crock Pot with Sweet Potatoes for supper. You could cut the Roast with your Fork and it tasted wonderful.

The 6 o’clock Local Newsreported we lost 2Peopleto the Coronavirusin Windsor/Essex Region along with131Coronavirus Cases Hospitalized today.

The Weather Networkshowed that we had a high temperature of 43F (6C) today but that will all change overnight. When I go to work for the next couple of days it will feel like 0 F(-18 C).

I’ve got to make adjustments to my Resumebefore I start searching for another job. Hopefully it won’t be as hard to find this time out. I’ll continue working until I do find that new job or I just can’t take any more of this abuse.
