Purchases For The Company.

Even though I managedto be in bed before midnight last night I still slept until 8:00 this morning. The best part was that I didn’t even feel guilty about it. Kathy sensed my absence and was having breakfast with me by 8:30.

We spent part of the morning on the Computerscatching up on what many of our Blogger Friendsare up to then soaking our feet in Epson Salts. It felt wonderfully invigorating and we both appreciated it.

We were happy to see the Sunactually breaking through the Clouds. That was another lift to our spirits. When it came time for lunch we had a piping hot bowl of Split Pea Soupalong with Orange Slices and Fruit Cakefor dessert.

By 1:00 we were once on the way out the door to do errands and shopping making this a regular Sunday routine. After talking with Paul yesterday we headed back to Princess Autowhere I purchased a few Toolsthat I believe we need to make my job easier while maintaining the Plant. I spent as much on personal Toolsas those that I’ll submit the bill for at work.

We drove to the nearby Canadian Tirejust to see if there was anything different at that location. We weren’t there long because everything looked the same.

By the time we reached Dollaramathe sky was completely filled with Cloudsexactly as forecasted. There were more purchases made for the Companyseparate from our normal weekly Food Stocks.

There was still plenty to get at the Zehr’sgrocery store but not as much as usual. Having had fast food a few times this past week did prolong what we still have in the Freezer. There was a big change though as we left the store. The Rainwas coming down quite steady.

Since we still had groceries to put away when we got back to the Apartmentwe went to Wendy’s Drive-Thruand got Chicken Wraps, Small Chocolate Frostiesand Seniors Soft Drinksfor our supper.

On the 6 o’clock Local Newsthey reported86New Coronavirus Casesfor the Windsor/Essex Region. With rising numbers and the uncertainty of the Omicron Variantthere is more speculation on possible Restrictionsin public buildings and Family Gatherings.

The Weather Networkshowed we had a high temperature today of 39F(4C) feeling like 32F(0C) and the temperature will rise through the night.

Having brought my personal purchases in to the Apartment to remove the packaging I took the time to bring them out to the Truckin the Rainso it won’t interfere with my morning routine.
