Everything looked good on my Morning Walk Around Inspectionso I busied myself repairingCarriers. When I returned from delivering them to thePaint-Linethere was a package of Brass Valveson my Workbench. That added a little hope that this would be a good day until I did a closer look. I had ordered One and a Half Inch Valvesand these were only One and a Quarter Inch Valves. Not in the mood to start changing miles of Steel PipeI immediately called Milan at Windsor Factory Supply. He apologized for hismistake and promised to fix it. When I returned the BoxtoShipping and Receiving there were more Fittingsthere waiting for me to pick up that helped boost my day.

When I got back to the Maintenance CompoundPaul announced there was a problem with one of the Roll-Up Doorsin the Shipping and Receiving. Strange that they didn’t mention it while I was there.When I checked it out it sounded like parts of the Mechanism were about to start shooting out any second. Reporting back to Paul he suggested we look at it together after break.

In the CompoundAvry was just returning some Toolshe had borrowed earlier. When asked what he and Kharen had been working on he said the Old Compressorupstairs. Then he said Kharen wanted me to change the Filters. I pointed to all the ones I had cut just yesterday with theintentionto change them today. Within a Half Hourall Thirteen Bulk Filtershad been replaced.

Wearing my Personal Safety Harnessboth Paul and I were in the Lifting Basket Twenty Feet uplooking for anything that looked out of place and we found it. TheDrive Sprockethad come loose and was pulling the Chainat anAngle. We got that fixed up quite easily but could not seem to get the Limiting Switchset properly. After Two HoursPaul said he’d call the Electricianthat fixed it the last time.

When I spoke to Kathy at lunch she had just gotten home. She had an appointment at Staplesto get our New Walletand Passport Sized Vaccine Cardsmade and laminated. There was a long line of people waiting for the same thing.

When I got home I had to call the Credit Union. Like most Banksthey have also been upgrading their Security Systemfor On-Line Bankingas well as Automatic Debitsuch as Life Insurance. Some of our Automatic Debit Transactionshave been in place for Two Years. The Information they have beenentering will not work after the New Year so I have to relay this information to those accounts so the process can continue.

After getting our CoronavirusBooster Vaccinesyesterday Kathy had a hard time to sleep last night and when I woke up this morning my Armwas sore around the Injection Site. Throughout the day Kathy felt sick to her stomach and wasn’t sure she could keep her food down. For supper we had a Store Bought Thin Crust Vegetarian Pizzaand it seemed to settle her nausea.

The 6 o’clock Local Newsreported 109New Coronavirus Casestoday for the Windsor/Essex Region. That’s the first time in over a Yearthat the area has had over a Hundred New Casesin One Day. They also noted a number of Coronavirus Deathstoday and all were Unvaccinated.
