When I woke this morning it was unbelievable how wellrested I felt because the Windsor Sleep Disorder Clinic had remotely raised the Pressureon my CPAP Machine. It is ironic that a year ago they were hesitant on raising my Pressurefrom a Nineto a Tenand now they did not hesitate to raise it from Thirteento Fifteenin order to accommodate my shortness of breathe while I sleep.
The Camera always sees better then the naked eye.
Looking outside this morning it was difficult to see the cars in the parking lot because of the heavy blanket of Fogthat had enveloped the area.

We enjoyed Toastwith Marmalade as a change of pace for breakfast. We later brought our morning beverages to the Computers.
Kathy started feeling ill around noon so I suggested soup for lunch. I made Chunky Chicken Noodle Soupwhile Kathy made a dessert plate. We share an Apple, along with Chocolate Chip Cookiesand Chocolate Pudding Cups. Kathy felt much better after eating.

Once my lunch settled down I was able to take my time and get a full Three Setsof Ten Repetitionsin for some badly needed exercise. It is not hard to put other things before yourself then after a while it becomes difficult to get yourself moving. With all the Achesand PainsI was feeling I knew it was time. Now I’m feeling much better.

After watching an episode of “Law & Order” we also watched a 2018 movie about how “Prince Harry and Meghan Markle” first met along with their courtship. They were portrayed by actors that looked close but in the closing scene it was an actual video ofHarry and Meghan.

We waited until near the end of the 6 o’clock Local Newsto start cooking supper. It was a Store Bought Thin Crust Pizzawith Chicken, Spinachand Tomatoes. Really good and it was ready after only Fifteen Minutes.

Tomorrow we’ve got things to do. Thankyou for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
