The fresh air we breathed for the short amount of time that we were outside yesterday seemed to do the trick because it was close to 8:30 when we woke this morning.
We finished the English Muffins for breakfast before moving to the Computers. Strangely The Weather Network forecasted a Humidex of 104 F (40 C) but it actually ended up being higher than that.
For lunch we had Hearty Chicken Vegetable Rice Soup and a Toasted Tomato with Cheese Sandwich topped off by a Yogurt Cup. We then worked together to clean up the Dishes and the Kitchen. We spent the rest of the afternoon working on the Computers doing Data entries as well as checking what we missed on the RepublicanPresidentialNominationlast night.
If we held our hand within a Foot of the Balcony Door you could feel the heat radiating through the Thermopane Glass. We then noticed that the Clouds were starting to fill the sky but around 4:00 those clouds let us know they weren’t just there for appearances and within minutes started filling the parking lot with Puddles as well as knocking the temperature down a bit.

Shortly after 5:00 I started grilling a couple of Angus Beef Burgersfor supper while Kathy cut and cored an Apple each for our dessert. We have been working at reducing what we have in the Fridge, Freezer and Cupboards. When the Coronavirusfirst hit our area it was hard to find what we needed in the stores. So bit by bit we stocked up to the point that some things became overstocked. By using some of the things that we have we can reorganize our stock so we’ll be ready if there is another run on the stores in the Fall.
The 6 o’clock Local News talked about a number of things Locally as well as Nationally.
At 8:30 we tuned in to watchtheRepublicanPresidentialNomination at the Mellon Auditoriumin Washington where more people explained why they were supporting President Trumpfor re-election. It was past 10:00before he made his address from the North Lawn of the White House. Few in the audience were wearingMasksnor was there any Social Distancing. According to the Correspondents this has never been done by any other President.
With it supposed to be nearly as warm tomorrow we’ll see what we’ll be doing. Thankyou for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!
It’s about time.

Words of Inspiration
You have to remember that the hard days are what make you stronger. The bad days make you realize what a good day is. If you never had any bad days you would never have that sense of accomplishment!
