Early Start, Cool Temps, Exercise and Forensic Files.

After reading some of the Blogs we follow last night before going to bed it didn’t take long for the time to fly by making it that I barely got to bed before 1:00. Like Kathy I slept like a rock but managed to be awake and at my Computer before 7:00 this morning. Looking outside the weather appeared promising but a quick look at The Weather Networkshowed the temperatures to be more of what one would expect in early April.

Kathy joined me by 8:00 for breakfast before we headed to the Computers. With the inside chores completed we worked together at making lunch. Kathy made a Salmon Salad that we put into a Caesars Saladthat we added diced Tomatoes as well as finely chopped Celeryand Onion. We also had Maple Cookies, Grapes and a Yogurt Cup for our dessert. It was tasty and satisfying.
Even though the temperature finally rose to 50 F (0 C) this afternoon the high Wind that was rattling our Balcony Doorhad people down on the Trail bundled up as if it were fall.

This staying put has put a damper on my want to exercise but if there is any way to make me feel better it was to do exactly that. I managed to get in nearly an Hour of exercise today which not only eased some aches but lifted my spirits as well.
It was nearly time for the 6 o’clock Local News when Kathy was going to make supper. I told her to relax that I was only getting things ready for her but I lied. The Stove mysteriously got turned on and before long we were eating Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.
We did watch a movie before watching a couple episodes of Forensic Files. Tomorrow will be a nicer day that we hope to take advantage of since our area is forecasted to have Five Days of Rain. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
